Kompreno is a rapidly growing strategic communications agency. The founders are two partners with a long track record in visible, strategic, and policy-oriented communications.

 

We are not a marketing or advertising agency. Nor are we a graphic or digital agency. We work on strategic communication, public relations and media work, and crisis communication.

 

Today we are looking for our first hire. We are seeking an enthusiastic, eager-to-learn communications strategist with a few years of relevant experience and great potential.

 

He/she enjoys engaging, strategic assignments with a focus on deliverables and concrete execution. We ourselves appreciate a direct approach, drive, and a 'we get things done' mentality, without unnecessarily long processes or meetings. We expect the same from you.

 

Kompreno executes complex assignments, often of societal importance. In doing so, we are not bound to a single type of client. Our clients are public or semi-public actors, and companies. Examples include: VLIRUOS, Stichting Dignity, Hansea, Benelux Unie, Vrouwenraad, and corporate C-level crisis communication. An affinity and appetite for this type of assignment is an absolute must.

Our intention is therefore to immediately involve you fully and substantively in our assignments. In the short term, together with the managers, you will be able to provide strategic communication advice to stakeholders in an environment of a certain complexity.
