• Regular participation in the weekly core meeting with other deputy chiefs of staff on policy matters.

• Director of Communications and spokesperson, responsible for leading the communications team, including Dutch- and French-speaking spokespersons, social media officer, photographer/videographer, and public engagement officer.

• Built and maintained an extensive network of journalists.

• Developed and executed the communications plan and social media strategy, covering all external communications such as speeches, press releases, and social media content.

• Active role in crisis communication, as a member of the crisis communication cell during the energy crisis, co-responsible for crisis communication plans.
